I'm too lazy to PM so... Just open up Google and search for "Download Speakonia" and then look for a download link from the pages it gives in the results.
Once you get it, just quickly install it and then write something on to it and press "play" and it makes a voice, on the right there are option bars so you can change the voice (remember to press "apply" when you want to change the voice!)
